Scott Aicher - President

Formerly the COO of USTech Solutions and President of Belcan, Scott joined CXC Global in August 2023 with 30 years of experience and a vision to build CXC’s presence throughout the Americas. The expansive footprint of CXC, touching over 100 countries, provides an outstanding base for Scott to continue building upon. His goal is to make CXC Global a sought-after employment destination for employees across the Americas.

Tom Mehl - CFO

With a legacy in the contingent labor sector stretching back almost 30 years, Tom Mehl is a seasoned professional. As a founding member of Populus Group, he brings a wealth of experience to CXC Global. Joining in August 2023, Tom was eager to be part of a global organization with a small footprint in the USA, the largest market in the industry. Excited about the opportunities ahead, he envisions building an organization where employees love what they do and feel connected to the growth they will experience.

Robert Ridella – Financial Controller

Financial Controller With 12 years of experience in the accounting industry across multiple sectors, Robert Ridella oversees all accounting and tax activities at CXC Global. Joining in November 2023, he aims to ensure accuracy and improve efficiencies as CXC Global grows into the Americas. His individual goal is to establish industry-recognized best practices on onboarding and compliance.

  • CXC USA, despite being 15 years old, is in "startup" mode and poised for explosive growth in the largest contingent labor market globally. The five-year goal is ambitious - take CXC USA from $50M in revenues to $500M.
