From drab to fab

429 MAIN is breathing new life into this 100+ year old building located in downtown Rochester, Michigan. While preserving some of the beautiful original features, such as the ceiling tiles and wood floors, the team at 429 has completely reimagined the layout of the space. What was an art supply store for nearly six decades, is now a coworking haven.

From conference rooms and private offices to a café and wrap around bar, the new layout of 429 MAIN will be sure to suit the needs of all its guests. The designers of the new space kept a flowing layout, calm esthetic and abundant natural light as main focus areas when creating the space. Guests may notice that the owners have also chosen to pay homage to the former long-time occupant, Greens Art Supply, by carrying the color green throughout the décor. Even the naming of the rooms continue the theme, including the Evergreen Café, Emerald conference room and Jade Bar to name a few.

429 MAIN will open in July of 2023.
