From Vision to Fully Leased: 429 MAIN’s Office Expansion

What began as an idea has officially come to life.

On March 23, 429 MAIN welcomed members into eight newly built private offices, each one fully leased before construction even began. This expansion marks a major milestone for our space, driven entirely by the growth and support of our community.

Built in Response to Demand

The decision to expand wasn’t speculative, it was clear.
With a growing waitlist and need for private workspace, we saw an opportunity to evolve. From the beginning, 429 MAIN was designed to adapt - shaping the space around what our members need most.

This expansion is a direct reflection of that.

Timeline

  • Construction Start: February 1

  • Move-In Day: March 23

From breaking ground to move-in, the full buildout was completed in just over a month. Intentionally fast, without sacrificing quality.

Designed With Intention

Every detail was approached with one goal: to make it feel like it had always been part of 429 MAIN.

Rather than creating something new or disconnected, the expansion integrates seamlessly into the existing space—maintaining the same clean, elevated, and intentional aesthetic.

Key design decisions included:

  • Preserving natural light by creating a dedicated desk zone under those skylights

  • Incorporating glass and wood elements for balance and continuity

Spaces for Every Stage

This expansion was built to support a range of professionals and teams:

  • X-Small Offices: Solo remote workers or entrepreneurs

  • Small Offices: Growing teams

  • XL Office: Companies ready to scale

  • Dedicated Desks (4): Consistent workspace within a shared environment

A Community-Driven Expansion

What makes this milestone different is how it happened.

These offices weren’t built and then filled, they were leased before construction even began. The new tenants are a mix of existing members expanding within the space and new companies joining the 429 MAIN community.
